Project Description

The existing industrial buildings at KTIL 385 and KTIL 505 are proposed for conversion to Hotel buildings each with about 300 rooms.  Section 16 application was prepared complete with the Drainage Impact assessment and Sewerage Impact assessment for approval from the Town Planning Board.
