Heng Seng Tower has a total GFA of 30,000m² of 14 Floors on a podium with 4 level retail & 3 level carpark.

In this fitting-out project, 10 out of 14 office floors were renovated and remodeled to accommodate a higher occupancy and new workplace design. 

All MEP services will be upgraded and the air-conditioning had adopted an innovative system “radiant cooling system” using active Chilled Beam approach.
