The new campus has total GFA of 85,000m², total AC tonnage of 4500 TR and power supply system with 15 nos. 1.5MVA transformers.

The development has been awarded the Merit Award from The Professional Green Building Council at 2008.

The 75,000 m² development of the centennial campus incorporates varies sustainable designs such as : chilled water storage system, waste heat recovery for hot water supply, application of VSD, low energy displacement AC system, night air purging, heat wheel, low energy lighting and control system, grey water recycling, wind turbine, photovoltaic panels, solar absorption cooling, etc.
