About
Wong & Ouyang (Building Services) Ltd. (WOBS) was originally composed of a group of BS professionals used to work under the known architect, Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. as the in-house building services engineers since 1970’s.
WOBS was then incorporated in September 1989 and since then practised under Wong & Ouyang Holdings Ltd. mainly as the building services consultant for various kinds of buildings including:

Institutional
Educational
Commercial
Industrial
Hospitality
Others
On 1 April 2009, WOBS formally spun off from the Wong & Ouyang group and is now practising as an independent building services consultant whilst still keeping close relationship with the Wong & Ouyang group of architects. WOBS is in the list of consultants of AACSB of Architectural Services Department - Band 1.
