Plaza Hollywood is a major retail and lifestyle hub in Kowloon East with over 220 shops arranged around a large central atrium. The renovation project enhanced spatial efficiency and circulation while supporting ongoing commercial vitality in a highly constrained urban environment.

This project involved comprehensive M&E consultancy services for the renovation of the retail arcade at Plaza Hollywood, one of the major shopping centres in Kowloon East. The scope included addition of new escalators, creation of new retail shops, and strategic relocation and upgrading of mechanical and electrical services, all carried out within an operating shopping mall environment.

•    Power, ventilation, fire services and drainage re‑routing to suit new shop configurations
•    Compliance with Hong Kong statutory and fire safety requirements
