Langham Place forms part of a major mixed-use development comprising two separate sites divided by Shanghai Street. Site A includes a 48-storey office tower and a retail complex, while Site B comprises a 38-storey hotel tower with a gross floor area of approximately 48,130 square metres. Building services engineering was required to support hotel operations within a dense urban environment, together with integration into the wider mixed-use development and public transport interchange. Engineering solutions addressed complex service coordination, high occupancy demands and interface requirements between hotel, retail, office and transport facilities, ensuring efficient operation, safety and long-term maintainability.
