Pacific Place Mall Contemporisation

The Pacific Place Mall Contemporisation Project involves the comprehensive refurbishment of an existing premium retail complex with a gross floor area of approximately 80,000 square metres. Working in collaboration with internationally renowned design studio Heatherwick Studio, the project aims to reposition Pacific Place as a contemporary benchmark shopping destination in Hong Kong. The scope of works includes upgrades to the building façade, mall interiors, landscaped areas, driveway arrangements, skylight systems and enhanced connectivity to the Admiralty MTR Station. Building services engineering plays a vital role in supporting improved environmental performance, visitor comfort and operational efficiency within a live retail environment.
