New Department Store located at G/F and 1/F of No. 23 Sung On Street, Upper East, Kowloon, this project forms the commercial podium of the Upper East development. The two-storey department store has a total GFA of approximately 2,800 sq.m.

Soda Mall design and implementation of the department store were carried out during 2018–2020, following the completion of the residential development. The programme comprises a supermarket, F&B outlets, retail spaces and communal areas, with a focus on clear circulation, flexible planning and an integrated retail environment that supports both commercial activities and neighbourhood engagement.
