Renovation works were carried out for Langham Beauty at Levels L1 and L2 of Langham Place, located at 8 Argyle Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon. The scope comprised refurbishment of the beauty hall together with ancillary offices, back‑of‑house facilities and plant rooms.

Langham Beauty is a 2,000 m² beauty hall designed as a flexible platform for multiple beauty brands, rotational events and pop‑up concepts. A comprehensive energy‑efficient MEP design and installation were implemented, fully integrated with the interior design to enhance visitor comfort while achieving long‑term operational cost savings for the developer.
