The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong campus development includes academic buildings, student residences and amenity facilities designed to support a growing university community. Key facilities include a multi-purpose indoor sports centre, a six-lane indoor swimming pool and three student hostel towers accommodating approximately 1,300 students. Building services engineering supports diverse functions ranging from teaching and sports to residential living. The project adopts a sustainability-driven design approach and targets BEAM Plus Platinum certification through energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible infrastructure.
