Wynn Macau is a landmark five-star integrated casino hotel resort developed with a total gross floor area of approximately 159,853 square metres and more than 700 luxury guest rooms. The development comprises a 23-storey hotel tower rising above a multi-level podium housing casino floors, restaurants, retail outlets, a theatre, ballroom facilities and extensive back-of-house areas. Building services engineering plays a critical role in supporting the continuous, 24-hour operation of the resort. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were designed to accommodate high occupant density, significant internal heat loads and complex operational requirements associated with gaming, hospitality and entertainment functions. Engineering coordination was essential to integrate large-scale MEP systems within a compact podium and high-rise tower arrangement, ensuring operational reliability, guest comfort and long-term maintainability in a premium hospitality environment.
