Encore at Wynn Macau, also known as the Wynn Diamond Tower, is a luxury hotel development comprising a 40-storey high-rise tower with a total gross floor area of approximately 108,204 square metres. The development provides over 400 high-end hotel suites and is supported by a four-storey podium accommodating casino, restaurant, retail and guest facilities, together with four basement levels for car parking and plant rooms. Building services systems were engineered to support premium hospitality standards, continuous gaming operations and the operational demands of a high-rise luxury hotel. Mechanical and electrical systems were designed to ensure stable environmental control, efficient power distribution and reliable life-safety performance across all functional areas. Extensive engineering coordination was required to integrate large-scale MEP infrastructure within the vertical tower and podium arrangement, while maintaining flexibility, operational resilience and long-term maintainability.
