Grand Lisboa Palace is a large-scale integrated resort development in Cotai, Macau, developed by SJM Resorts. The project incorporates luxury hospitality, international dining, entertainment and event facilities designed to accommodate high visitor volumes within a premium resort environment. Wong & Ouyang (Building Services) Ltd. was appointed as MEP Consultant for key components of the development, including thirteen international food and beverage restaurants, multi-purpose event and entertainment venues, and resident show facilities. Building services engineering required close coordination with architectural, interior and operational teams to address complex functional requirements, high internal heat gains, flexible operating hours, acoustic performance and stringent life-safety standards. Engineering solutions were developed to ensure system reliability, energy efficiency and long-term maintainability, supporting the operational demands of a world-class integrated resort.
