Shek Mun Estate Phase 2 is a public rental housing development located at 18 On Muk Street, Sha Tin, developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. The project comprises approximately 3,024 residential units across multiple domestic blocks.

The development includes four residential towers, together with a shopping centre, welfare facilities, kindergarten, child care centre, ancillary parking facilities, and district open spaces, serving a comprehensive range of community needs. Building services systems are designed to support large‑scale residential occupancy while ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

With a total site area of approximately 2.25 hectares, and maximum permissible domestic GFA of 234,000 sq.m. and non‑domestic GFA of 19,500 sq.m., the project reflects a coordinated engineering strategy that balances housing capacity, community infrastructure, and long‑term estate management.
