Our Company is undergoing design and contract administration of several prestigious commercial and institutional projects and invites applications for the following posts:
1. Building Services Engineer (Electrical)
l Should be University graduates in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
l With at least 3 years relevant post graduate design experiences for building projects.
l Relevant experience in PRC is a definite advantage.
2. Resident BS Inspector
l Shall be Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and have at least 10 years relevant post graduate experience in site supervision and project administration of building services installation for hotels, residential, institutional or commercial projects.
l Candidates with lesser experiences in site supervision of building services installation and possess a HD/HC in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering can be considered for the post of Assistant Building Services Inspectors.
3. Assistant Resident Building Services Inspector (ARBSI)
l A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;
l Grade 2 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Exam (HKCEE), or equivalent;
l 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installation.
