The two HOS projects (Ngan Kwong Wan Road East and West) are to be bundled and tendered out under one contract. NKWR consists of the following major elements:

(a)     Ngan Kwong Wan Road East (IS12) :

-     1 no. 14-storey non-standard domestic block (including G/F), total 170 flats with Estate Management Office, Cleaning Contractor's Office, Workshop for Artisans, carpark kiosk, RSMRC , JCP and Open carparking spaces.

-     GFA is 10,000 m².

(b)    Ngan Kwong Wan Road West (IS15) :

-     1 no. 14-storey non-standard domestic block and 1 nos. 16-storey non-standard domestic block (including G/F), total 529 flats including 310 for Block A and 219 for Block B with  Estate Management Office, Cleaning Contractor's Office, Workshop for Artisans, carpark kiosk, RSMRC, JCP, RCP and Open carparking spaces.

-         GFA is 30,000 m².
