This Project is a new development for a 5-storey Church building and a 21-storey composite building.  The composite building consists of a 2-storey basement is mainly for carparking /plantroom purpose; 6-storey Residential Care Homes for Elderly (RCHE); 10-storey Senior Hostel Residential Units and the remaining 5-storey of common area / facilities areas and plantrooms.  The tentative superstructure commencement will be started from Mar 2020 and complete at Jun 2022.  Due to the tight headroom requirement for licensing of RCHE area and the limitation of plantroom area, early application of BIM during the design stage is required to facilitate the utilization of area and headroom in critical locations.
